ONTARIO, OH-   The business day ended in a different way Thursday evening, as ES Consulting hosted "Business After Hours" for Richland Area Chamber and Economic Development members. ES Consulting is an IT consulting company in Ontario that provides a wide range of IT and consulting services to its customers.

ES Consulting and Mid-State Multimedia Group joined together to host the latest edition of the "Business After Hours," but this edition was one that featured virtual reality and a chance to win Ohio State vs. Maryland Football tickets.

Attendees were treated to food from The Vault, live entertainment and networking with businesses from all over the Richland County Area.

"We have been in town for quite a while and a lot of people still don't know who we are or what we do," said ES Consulting President and CEO, Dennis Fox."We wanted to take an opportunity to invite businesses out to have them see what we do.. Who we are and just get a feel for what we've done in changes to this building."

Fox said the event gives ES Consulting the opportunity to showcase the scale of their business and show the growth that the business can have in the future.

One of the big hits at the event was the virtual reality area, where attendees could be emmersed in a world not in present time and get in a glimpse of IT capabilities.

"It's really neat because you get so engrossed in the IT segment of it and you feel like you're way up off the ground. At the end of the day, you realize it is not as scary as it seems," said Fox.

Fox said these events are a great way to learn about other businesses in the community and grow yours at the same time.
