Two Arrested On Drug Charges In Bucyrus

BUCYRUS, OH- Detectives from the Crawford County Sheriff's Office and METRICH arrested two individuals Friday at the residence of 800 block East Mansfield St., after serving an arrest warrant to 28-year old Megan C. Phillips.

Detectives arrested Phillips on her warrant and found suspected heroin, pills and other unknown drugs. The drugs will be sent to the lab for testing with other felony drug charges once the drugs are identified.

33-year old Nicholas C. Biederman was laos arrested after a brief foot chase. Biederman is facing obstructing justice, drug paraphernalia and possession of drug abuse instrument charges. Further charges may come once test results come back for the lab. The Bucyrus Police Department also assisted the Sheriff's Office on the case.
